Head over heel
直翻為「愛到頭和腳跟顛倒了過來」，代表墜入愛河而暈頭轉向的感覺。
eg. I am still head over heel with her even that we have been married for 30 years.
Take one’s breath away
直翻為「把某人的呼吸帶走」，表示看到某人或某物，被其震驚或喜悅到一時忘記呼吸的感覺，通常用在看到美景或喜歡的人身上。
eg. You are the only person that can take my breath away.
eg. The view from the top of Taipei 101 really takes my breath away.
